Fans might be surprised to learn that the team is taking a conservative approach at launch. Many experimental features from the previous Season of Discovery are currently absent to ensure the game stays grounded in its roots. However, the developers confirmed that they have plans to bring in more class adjustments and new skills over time to make every specialization feel viable for players.

The content roadmap is packed, with nine new dungeons and two fresh raids arriving within the first month. Unlike modern retail versions of the game, these encounters will feature fixed difficulty levels and traditional raid sizes. Designers are prioritizing a classic style, meaning you will not find overly complex mechanics or scaling content here. Instead, success will rely on gear and coordination as you and your friends work through these challenges together.

While the team is keeping some details secret for now, they confirmed that the new launch raids will not require attunement. This setup signals a clear commitment to keeping the entry barrier low for players ready to jump back into a polished version of the original world. With a brand new neutral race called the Skyborne also joining the fray, there is plenty for fans to look forward to as this fresh chapter begins.
