He is intensely loyal to both All For One and Tomura. He is very polite and well-spoken, even to enemies. Kurogiri is actually an intelligent Nomu made from the corpse of Eraserhead and President Mics high school friend Oboro Shirakumo made to serve Tomura Shigaraki. Although he remains unaware of his previous identity after Eraserheads efforts to talk to him it’s shown that a small part of Oboro is still in Kurogiri
