WARDOGS Hits Massive 1.25 Million Sales Milestone

The multiplayer shooter WARDOGS is quickly making a name for itself as one of the biggest gaming launches of 2026. Since hitting Steam Early Access on September 10, the title has sold over 1.25 million copies. The player base is already impressive, with peak counts climbing past 428,000 concurrent users.

It was not a smooth start for everyone though. The game faced significant server issues during its first few days because so many fans tried to jump in at once. Thankfully, the development team worked hard to fix these problems. Performance is much better now and the community response on Steam is trending upward after a rocky opening period.
