Star Wars: Galactic Racer Is Already A Critical Hit

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is catching everyone by surprise before its official launch on October 6, 2026. Critics have already weighed in on the title, giving it an impressive 88 Metacritic score. This puts it ahead of many beloved entries in the franchise, including every Star Wars: Battlefront game and even the classic film The Empire Strikes Back.

This success is a big deal because the series is usually known for action games or role playing experiences. It is rare to see a dedicated racing game stand out this much within such a massive franchise. Fans are curious to see if this quality carries over when the game hits store shelves.

Fuse Games developed this title, and it is published by Secret. With such high praise already circulating, many people are looking forward to the release date to see if it lives up to the early hype. It will be interesting to see how the public reacts compared to the initial critic scores.
