Amahara's New Anime Series Gets Greenlit After A Random Joke

It turns out that joking about your work can actually pay off. Amahara, the creator behind Interspecies Reviewers and The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace, just shared a wild story about his latest anime announcement. His fantasy comedy manga, 33 Year Old Single Female Knight Captain, is officially getting an anime adaptation.

The timing is truly impressive. Amahara was working on the afterword for the fourth volume of the manga and decided to include a lighthearted joke about a possible anniversary anime adaptation. To his surprise, the team at Digital Shokunin and publisher BookLive greenlit the project just one week later.

Fans are already buzzing about this quick turnaround for the series. It is a fun look at how the industry works behind the scenes. We do not have a release date yet, but this surprising news makes the upcoming adaptation one to watch closely as more details arrive.
