Sophia to Rejoin KATSEYE in Early 2027

Fans of the global group KATSEYE finally have a timeline for when Sophia Laforteza will return to the stage. HYBE and Geffen officially shared that Sophia is expected to resume her activities with the rest of the members in January 2027.

Sophia stepped away from group work this past August. Her decision was made to ensure she could focus entirely on her mental health and personal well being during that time. While she will stay out of the spotlight for the remainder of this year, this new update gives everyone a clear date to look forward to.

It is great to see the management team prioritizing her health while keeping fans informed. We are looking forward to seeing the full group back together when the new year begins.
