Nomion Games is making big moves for their upcoming project. The studio recently announced that Croatian 3D artist and influencer Space Meerkat has joined the team as their new Art Director. The partnership began after Creative Director Jean Tyulegenov reached out on Instagram, noting that the artist shared his unique perspective on blending industrial design with sci fi elements.

Fans finally got a first look at the studio's project, a shooter titled Rush is Real. Rather than going for a standard futuristic look, the team is focusing on a grounded aesthetic. Space Meerkat plans to emphasize raw concrete and brutalist architecture, keeping the sci fi components subtle to ensure the game feels distinct from other cyberpunk titles.

The developers explained that this aesthetic choice is functional as well as visual. By building massive, layered structures, the team hopes to create vertical gameplay spaces that offer deep exploration and meaningful loot placement. The goal is to make the environment feel like a cohesive, industrial world rather than just a collection of levels.
