LEGO One Piece Retells the Straw Hat Saga in New Special

If you love the Netflix live action version of One Piece, you might want to check out the new LEGO special. It takes the big story beats from the first two seasons and turns them into a fun, fast experience. The whole thing runs about twenty seven minutes, which is quite a change from the eight hours of television it covers.

Executive producer Tom Hyndman shared that the main challenge was fitting so much ground into such a short time. The team had to be very careful to keep the key moments that fans care about most while making sure the show kept its quick pace. It is a creative way to look back at the start of the crew's journey.

The special officially arrived on Netflix on September 29, 2026. Whether you are a long time fan of the series or just want to see the Straw Hat Pirates rendered in LEGO style, this project offers a fresh and lighthearted way to catch up on the early adventures.
