Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Midnight Launch Announced

Great news for Zelda fans. Best Buy recently confirmed that select stores across the United States will open at midnight on November 5, 2026, to celebrate the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. If you are hoping to pick up a physical copy the moment it hits shelves, you should check your local store availability soon.

That is not all. The retailer is also planning a surprise restock of the limited edition Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 console. This also includes the matching Pro Controller for those who want the full set. This is a perfect second chance for anyone who missed out on the initial preorder rush.

To keep everyone excited, the official website now features a live countdown leading up to the release. Make sure to keep an eye on your local store listings as the date approaches. We cannot wait to see everyone jumping back into this classic adventure on new hardware.
