Inside the Circle Review: A New Mystery Series on Netflix

Hey everyone! If you love a good thriller, Netflix just dropped Inside the Circle, and the first three episodes are already making waves. The story follows four lifelong friends named Tomas, Mario, Jaime, and Amelia. Things get chaotic very quickly when Tomas shares a video of a recently deceased celebrity. That simple clip hints at dark secrets surrounding a major political figure, putting the entire group in serious danger.

Based on the novel by Jorge Zepeda Patterson and brought to life by showrunner Alejandro Lozano, the series does a wonderful job of setting up the stakes early. The first three episodes balance personal drama with a massive conspiracy plot. The chemistry between the four main actors feels totally natural, making their long history together believable from the very first scene. You also get a great sense of how their individual lives outside the main plot add extra layers of unpredictability to the story.

Visually, the show really shines with fantastic camera work that pulls you straight into the high tension moments. The main question moving forward is how well the show can juggle all its moving pieces and secondary characters before the final credits roll. Still, it is off to a very promising start and makes for an exciting watch. You can stream Inside the Circle right now on Netflix.
