Get Ready for Retro K pop Comedy Wild Sing on Netflix

Netflix is adding a fresh dose of humor to its library with the upcoming film Wild Sing. Directed by Son Jae gon, the story follows a defunct K pop group called Triangle. These former stars dominated the charts in the 2000s, but a scandal forced them apart twenty years ago. Now, they are getting an unexpected chance to return to the stage and settle some long standing history.

The main cast features Gang Dong won as the leader Hyeon U, Um Tae goo as the rapper Sang Gu, and Park Ji hyun as the vocalist Do Mi. They are joined by Oh Jung se, who plays their rival, Choi Seung gon. Fans can look forward to seeing them sport iconic early K pop fashion trends as the film tracks the group across different eras of the music industry.

To make the musical experience feel authentic, the film features tracks produced by JYP Entertainment collaborators Shim Eun ji and KASS. The choreography is also backed by professional expertise from Nana Company. With catchy songs and a star studded cast, this comedy aims to bring plenty of laughs to viewers worldwide.
