EA Sports FC 27 Sells 6.5 Million Copies in Two Weeks

EA Sports FC 27 is proving to be a massive commercial hit. New estimates from Alinea Analytics show that the game has sold roughly 6.5 million copies in less than two weeks since its early access launch. This strong performance highlights the lasting popularity of the football franchise.

Most of the massive earnings come from console players, which traditionally makes up the biggest audience for the series. Meanwhile, Steam sales contributed about $20.7 million in September. While the PC platform is growing, it still makes up a smaller piece of the massive financial pie.

Fans are clearly loving the latest iteration of the game. With over $500 million generated from consoles so far, EA Sports has another massive winner on its hands. We will keep you updated as more sales milestones roll in.
