Dianna Soreil, the Queen of the Moon, is the hereditary ruler of the Moonrace. Believing that Earth has recovered from the devastation of the Dark History, she initiates her people's return by leading a colonial expedition to the sparsely-populated North Amerian Sunbelt area. However, she underestimates Terran resistance to the migration and fails to foresee that ambitious members of the Moonrace will exploit the situation, causing events to spiral beyond her control. Having extended her life for centuries through the Moonrace's cryogenic technology, Dianna has grown weary of the Moon's stagnant existence. Though an intelligent and commanding leader, she lacks the youthful resolve of her lookalike, [Kihel Heim](https://anilist.co/character/2223). Assuming Kihel's identity gives Dianna the chance to experience the simple life she longs for alongside [Loran](https://anilist.co/character/1348). She returns to the Moon to correct the mistakes born of her hasty attempt at repatriation.
