Chainsaw Man Creator Teases New Manga About Death

Tatsuki Fujimoto appears to be moving on to a new manga project following the conclusion of Chainsaw Man, and the central idea looks to be just as unconventional as his previous works. During a recent joint interview connected to Hirokazu Kore eda's live action adaptation of Look Back, the popular manga creator revealed that he is developing a story that explores a positive view of death.

While this sounds fascinating, fans will need to exercise some patience. Fujimoto did not share a title, character designs, a release date, or any specific publication details during the chat. He also did not give a timeline for when the new series might debut in magazines or online platforms.

Even without a launch date, any news about a fresh project from the mind behind Chainsaw Man and Fire Punch is exciting. We will keep our eyes open for more updates and share them with you as soon as official details drop.
