Beerus Finally Hits Earth in Dragon Ball Super Episode 3

The latest episode of Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, titled The God of Destruction Heads to Earth, brings the iconic duo to Bulma's birthday bash. As they search for the Super Saiyan God, the tension rises. The episode manages to condense the classic narrative effectively, capturing the humor of the original arc while keeping the pacing tight and engaging. The Pilaf Gang also makes an appearance, adding to the fun atmosphere of the party.

Vegeta is clearly struggling throughout this episode. We learn that his fear of Beerus stems from a childhood memory involving his father and Frieza. While the show occasionally uses this trauma as a source of comedy, it sets up a major turning point. When Beerus loses his patience over some pudding and retaliates against Bulma, Vegeta finally snaps. Seeing the Saiyan Prince defend his wife against a literal god is a highlight of the episode.

Visually, the animation feels slightly sharper than previous outings, especially when it comes to explosive energy blasts and special effects. While fans of the original might notice that Bulma's famous slap scene lacks some of its former gravity, the action sequences still deliver plenty of excitement. You can catch this episode streaming right now to see how the confrontation unfolds.
