Solo Leveling Cracks Japan’s Top 25 Best Selling Comics

Big news for fans of Sung Jinwoo. Solo Leveling has officially landed the number 25 spot on Japan's list of best selling comic series for 2025. With nearly one million copies sold, this series is proving that its popularity reaches far beyond its home country.

What makes this victory even more impressive is the competition. The list is almost entirely made up of Japanese manga. Solo Leveling managed to break into the top tier despite its physical volumes having a higher price point than most local titles. This shows that readers in Japan are more than willing to pay extra for this hit action series.

This ranking highlights the massive global reach of the franchise. It is rare for a foreign work to climb this high in the Japanese market. As fans wait to see how the story continues to grow, this success proves that Solo Leveling remains a powerhouse in the world of comics.
