Review: Don’t Play With Fire Is A Hot Rediscovery

Back in 1980, before director Tsui Hark became famous for legendary action classics, his breakthrough film Don't Play with Fire faced heavy censorship from the British government. Officials thought the movie was too violent and cut significant parts before its initial release. Thankfully, the original cut and a full 2K restoration are finally available for fans to watch on Blu ray and in select theaters.

The story follows three bored, wealthy boys who accidentally hit a man with their car, only to be blackmailed by a troubled young woman into committing more violent crimes.
