Prime Video Cancels Spider Noir After Only One Season

Fans of the gritty live action Marvel series Spider Noir are facing disappointing news today. Prime Video has officially decided not to move forward with a second season. This sudden cancellation comes as a surprise to many, especially since the show received positive reviews and secured eleven Emmy nominations during its initial run.

The show followed the story of an aging private investigator in 1930s New York City. Nicolas Cage starred in the lead role, bringing a unique noir style to the character. The eight episode series debuted on MGM+ before reaching a wider audience through Prime Video.
