Manga Mavericks Books Announces Two New Manga Licenses

Manga Mavericks Books just revealed two new licenses during their panel at Anime NYC 2026. They are bringing the sci fi action series Midnight Robot and the slice of life boys love story Arai kun and Haruma senpai to North American readers.

Midnight Robot by Yohei Sajita is an action packed title that fans have been waiting to see in English. The publisher confirmed that this series will hit both print and digital storefronts starting in May 2027.

Along with the sci fi announcement, the team introduced Akahachi’s series Arai kun and Haruma senpai. This title brings a softer tone to the new catalog. These two series show the publisher is looking to provide a good mix of genres for different kinds of readers in the coming year.
