Crimson Desert Updates to Slow Down for DLC Focus

Pearl Abyss recently shared an update regarding the future of Crimson Desert. Will Powers, the PR and marketing director for Pearl Abyss America, spoke about this shift during Gamescom. He clarified that the 2.0 update serves as a transition point for the game. While the studio plans to keep supporting the title, the primary development energy is moving to prepare for the DLC currently scheduled for 2026.
