Activision Predicts GTA 6 and Modern Warfare 4 Will Dominate 2026

Excitement for the coming years is already ramping up as gaming companies look ahead to big releases. Tyler Bahl, the marketing chief at Activision, recently shared his thoughts on the industry landscape for 2026. He believes that Grand Theft Auto 6 and the next Call of Duty entry, rumored to be Modern Warfare 4, will be the heavy hitters of that year.

There is plenty of buzz surrounding other titles too, including the much anticipated remake of The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. While many fans are looking forward to that release, Bahl feels confident that his company's projects will capture a massive audience. He expects these games to draw in more players and keep the spotlight firmly on the gaming world.

For fans of high production shooters, knowing that the next Modern Warfare is already being positioned as a top contender is big news. With two titans like Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto scheduled to make waves, 2026 is shaping up to be a busy year for gamers everywhere.
